For the most part, many people have that one particular person they look up to. They admire them so much, that they study them, research their life stories, and sometimes follow in their footsteps. What if you become that person? Someone may take your strengths and weaknesses, and use them as a blueprint to success. Do you know what they are? Do you know what drives you keep going and what holds you back from your better judgment? My strength is my family, and my weakness is loyalty.
I have been blessed with a mother who doesn’t accept the bare minimal. She has went without, and struggled to give me and my two brothers all of life’s possibilities. She has been there through my best as well as my worse. Even if I pull myself in a hole far enough, she has always been there to help me out of it. She is my strength. She raised me to be patient, to love and to always do for the less fortunate. If it wasn’t for her struggle, I wouldn’t have the strength to get through every day.
However, I am my weakness. I am a person who always is there for other as well as a person who may even put other’s needs before my own. In all honestly, that can be my biggest downfall. My loyalty to my love ones is one of my best attributes as well as my worse.
I have seen my best and my worse. However, I know where I want to be and what I have to do to get there. I know that one day someone can come up to me and say you’re idol. So when that day comes I want to prepared and let them know you that you can be your strength as well as your own weakness. No matter what it’s up to you to decide what to do with it.
